Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective October 17, 2026

This policy explains how MyLeadTech handles personal information when you visit myleadtech.app, contact us, or use the Web App, the API or the MCP server. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@myleadtech.app.

1. Who is responsible

MyLeadTech is operated by th1b4ut.dev, Rue Pierre Charron, 75008 Paris, France (SIRET 821 842 317 00025). We decide how and why personal information is processed for the website, accounts, billing, security and support, and act as controller (or "business") for that processing.

When a company uses MyLeadTech, its workspace owner decides who joins the workspace and when members are removed, and each author decides which conversations are shared. We process the content of the workspace to provide the Service to that company.

2. Information we collect

Account information: email address, name, authentication identifiers, and your Google account email and name if you sign in with Google.

Company and membership information: company name, members, roles, invitations and seat assignments.

Content you submit: questions, observations, equipment details, conversation history, shared conversations, and API or MCP requests.

Billing information: plan, subscription status, invoices and payment status. Card details are collected by Stripe and do not reach our servers.

Usage information: quota consumption, API key identifiers, referral attribution and product usage events.

Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, request identifiers and security logs.

Contact requests: your email address, the topic and the content of your message.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Providing the Service, managing accounts, workspaces and team access, and answering your questions: performance of the contract.

Billing, invoicing and accounting records: performance of the contract and legal obligations.

Security, fraud and abuse prevention, rate limiting and debugging: our legitimate interest in protecting the Service and its users.

Responding to contact and support requests: our legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Referral program attribution: performance of the program terms and our legitimate interest in crediting referrers correctly.

Audience measurement and product analytics: your consent where required, otherwise our legitimate interest in improving the website and the Service.

Service emails (account, security, billing): performance of the contract.

4. AI processing

To answer a question, we search our documentation index and send the text of your question, relevant document excerpts and the necessary conversation context to AI model providers through OpenRouter. Their response is returned to you with its sources.

We send only what is needed to generate the answer. Do not include in your questions personal information that the answer does not require, such as your customers' names or contact details.

We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

5. Sharing and service providers

Within your company: the workspace owner can see membership and billing information. Other members can see a conversation only if its author shares it.

Service providers acting on our behalf: Contabo (servers), Supabase (authentication and application database), Neon (documentation search database), Cloudflare (DNS, storage and Turnstile anti-bot check), OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to (answer generation and search), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payments), PostHog (audience measurement and product analytics) and Google (sign-in, if you choose it).

Other disclosures: when required by law or a valid legal request, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a transfer of the business, with notice where required.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. International processing

The operator is established in France and our servers are located in the United States. Several service providers process data in the United States or other countries.

When personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or, where the recipient is certified, on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

7. Retention

Account, workspace and content data are kept while your account is open, then deleted within 90 days after the account is deleted.

Billing records and invoices are kept for 10 years, as required by French accounting law.

Contact requests are kept as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up.

Technical and security logs are kept for the limited period needed to secure and operate the Service.

Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our analytics provider, and only as long as it is useful for measuring and improving the Service.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, write to hello@myleadtech.app from the email address linked to your account, or tell us how to identify you.

We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before acting on a request. We answer within one month, which may be extended where the law allows. If a request concerns a company workspace, we may involve its owner.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or with the French CNIL (cnil.fr).

9. US state privacy disclosures

Residents of certain US states, including California, may have rights to know, access, correct and delete personal information, to obtain a copy of it, and to opt out of its sale, its sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or its use for targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information in those senses, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

The categories of information we collect, their sources, purposes and recipients are described in sections 2 to 5. You may exercise your rights by writing to hello@myleadtech.app, directly or through an authorized agent whose authority we may verify. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

These disclosures apply to the extent those laws apply to MyLeadTech.

10. Security and children

We use access controls, encryption in transit, separation of company workspaces and logging to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.

MyLeadTech is a professional service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The version and effective date at the top of this page change with each update, and we will announce material changes in the product or by email. Questions: hello@myleadtech.app.
