You pick a plan in the app. Nothing is charged until you enter a card — the trial never turns into a bill on its own.
Do office staff need a seat?
No. Dispatchers, managers and admins get free office seats to read shared sessions and manage billing. A Tech seat is for each person who asks for diagnostics.
Can I pay for myself, without my company?
Yes. Choose “Just me” when you sign up, then buy one seat: $29 a month, or $290 a year.
Is there a free plan?
The app has a 14-day free trial with up to 3 techs, with full access. There is no free-forever app plan we would have to take back later. The API sandbox stays free: 100 units a month.

Do I need app seats to use the API?
No. API plans are sold per company, separately. A workspace can have the API only, app seats only, or both. App seats include no API key, and using the app never uses your API allowance.
What if I hit my API limit?
Requests stop until the monthly reset, or until you move up a plan. You never get an overage bill.
Taxes and currency?
Prices are in USD, before tax. Tax is calculated from your billing address on the secure payment page, which shows the final amount before you pay.
