This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage, used on the website (myleadtech.app) and the Web App (web.myleadtech.app): what they do, how long they last, and the choices available to you.
1. Essential technologies
These are needed to provide the Web App you ask for and cannot be switched off without breaking it.
Session (Supabase authentication, web.myleadtech.app): keeps you signed in and secures your session. It is refreshed while you use the Service and removed when you sign out.
Active company (mlt_active_company, web.myleadtech.app): remembers which company workspace you are working in. Up to 1 year.
Cloudflare Turnstile (web.myleadtech.app, sign-up): checks that a request comes from a person and not a bot, and may store a short-lived technical token.
2. Preferences
Theme (theme, web.myleadtech.app): remembers your light or dark display choice. Up to 1 year.
Referral reminder (mlt_ref_nudge, web.myleadtech.app): remembers that you dismissed the referral reminder. Up to 180 days.
3. Referral attribution
Referral code (mlt_ref, web.myleadtech.app): set when you follow a referral link, so that the referrer can be credited if you sign up. Up to 60 days.
Partner intent (mlt_intent, web.myleadtech.app): remembers that you started from the partner program page, so that sign-up takes you to the right place. Up to 30 days.
These cookies are first-party. They are not shared with advertising networks and are not used to track you on other websites.
4. Audience measurement and product analytics
We use PostHog on the website and the Web App to understand how they are used (pages viewed, features used, errors) and to improve them. PostHog stores an identifier in a first-party cookie and in local storage, named ph_<project key>_posthog, for up to 1 year.
Where consent is required, these technologies are set only after you accept them. Refusing has no effect on access to the website or the Web App.
5. Your choices
You can accept or refuse audience measurement when asked, and change your choice at any time through the cookie settings offered on the site. Withdrawing consent stops future collection.
You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential technologies will prevent you from signing in to the Web App.
6. Changes and contact
We update this policy when the technologies we use change. The version and effective date at the top of this page change with each update. Questions: hello@myleadtech.app.
