1. Joining

Any person with a MyLeadTech account can join, at no cost and with no subscription. You join by accepting these rules from your account, which creates your personal link and code.

Your earnings are personal. They are not tied to a workspace you belong to or to your employer.

2. Attribution

A referral is attributed to the last valid link or code used before the person signs up. A link is remembered for 60 days on the device that opened it. The person can also type your code during onboarding, or in their account settings within 7 days of signing up.

No referral is attributed for an unknown or inactive code, for yourself, or for an account using your normalized email address. These referrals are refused without notice.

A referral into a workspace you are a member of is held for manual review and earns nothing unless we approve it.

3. What earns a commission

You earn 20% of the eligible amount paid by a workspace created by the person you referred, for 12 months from that workspace's first payment.

The eligible amount is what is actually paid for MyLeadTech Tech plan seats, excluding taxes and after discounts and credits. API and MCP plan purchases, invoices paid at zero, and members invited into an existing workspace do not count.

4. Holding period, refunds and disputes

Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment it comes from, then becomes available.

If a payment is refunded or disputed, the related commission is reversed in proportion. If that leaves a negative balance, it is offset against your future earnings.

5. Using your balance

You can turn an available balance into subscription credit on a MyLeadTech workspace you own. Credit is applied to that workspace's future invoices and cannot be turned back into cash.

Cash payouts are made manually, monthly, in USD, from 50 USD of available balance. They are not open yet; they will open first to partners based in the United States. Before a payout we may ask for the details needed to pay you and to meet tax obligations.

An amount used as credit or paid out cannot be used twice.

6. How you may promote MyLeadTech

Disclose that you earn a commission, clearly and next to your link or recommendation, in every place you share it. For example: "I earn a commission if you sign up for MyLeadTech through my link."

Describe MyLeadTech accurately. Don't promise coverage, results, prices or discounts that MyLeadTech does not show.

Don't: post or buy fake or paid reviews; send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; bid on "MyLeadTech" or its misspellings in search ads; use the MyLeadTech name in a domain, app or social account name; create fake accounts or sign up on someone's behalf; present yourself as MyLeadTech or as an employee of a manufacturer.

MyLeadTech is not affiliated with any equipment manufacturer. Don't suggest that it is.

7. Review, fraud and closing

We may review any referral or commission. We may refuse, hold or reverse commissions that come from a breach of these rules, from fraud or from a payment that is later refunded or disputed, and we may suspend or close a partner profile that breaches them.

You can stop sharing your link at any time. Write to us to close your partner profile.

8. Changes

We may publish a new version of these rules. The version and effective date at the top change with each update. Each referral keeps the version in force when it was attributed: a new version never changes the rate or duration of commissions already attributed.
