How an agent uses it
Resolve
The agent passes the nameplate reference. resolve_equipment says whether the unit is covered.
Ask
answer_hvac_question returns a short answer with one source_id per claim.
Show the page
get_hvac_document_page returns the cited page as an image so the tech can check it.
What comes back
A claim and the passage it rests on. The agent can show both to the technician.
